A lot of us suffer with tension in the upper trapezius muscles - that is the sweep of muscle running across the tops of your shoulders. Wether the tightness be caused by lifting your children, long hours working at the desk, or stress leading to tension, easing off this area may help decrease discomfort and improved mobility.
Repeat this series little and often throughout the day for easy, gentle relief.
