Are you fed up of having a bad back? You juggle Zoom calls with the school run, never quite finding time to look after yourself, even though you want to.
Or, are you longing to enjoy pregnancy? You are excited to meet your baby but never imagined pregnancy would be this way.
You are in the right place. I can help.
I have experienced – and overcome – my own chronic back pain as well as pregnancy related Pelvic Girdle Pain.
Stress, burnout and low energy were all part of the problem and key to recovery as well as focused self-relief strategies and appropriate muscle conditioning. But most important was figuring out a sustainable recovery process alongside running a business and juggling a family.
My approach is tailored to the person in front of me - no two people are the same! I blend the latest science with unique experience that has led me to create my own "Supple - Strong - Supported" strategy to help people overcome back pain.
I can guarantee I'll show you something no-one else has in order to help you.
I am absolutely passionate about empowering people to support themselves with simple steps for better health whilst making the process enjoyable at the same time.
Let's get started, shall we?

Is back pain getting you down? An aching soreness that steals your attention from work. Or a stiffness that holds you back from how freely you move with your children? You are fed up of generic advice and starting to wonder if you will be dealing with this forever. You think you have poor posture and a weak core. Could this be part of the problem?
Back pain feels like the last thing you need when juggling the wonderful rollercoaster that is running a business, embracing family life, plus walking the dog and keeping on top of things at home.
People often think that back pain will go away by itself. And sometimes it does. But sometimes it lingers, longer than you thought it would. There are so many reasons for this.
If you are ready to overcome back pain I would love to hear what's been going on and suss out the hidden reasons your pain persists. Then let's provide you with a bespoke plan of action - one that fits your busy lifestyle - to get you feeling physically resilient and mentally recharged.

Stiff hips, tender pubic bone, sore tailbone tight ribs? Painful walking and dreading getting moving in the morning? Hardly the pregnancy we dream of, right?
Too many people are told that pain in pregnancy is “normal” and feel they “have to get on with it”. This is not true. Pain is common, but not normal. Lots can be done during pregnancy, and after, to help.
My own pregnancy, and mothering my young son has further fuelled my love of providing care and support to those on their own journey. I have had Pelvic Girdle Pain (PGP), but am now back to running 5km and able to embrace the full-on role of being a Mum.
I have done extensive further training in pregnancy care, pelvic floor health, returning to fitness after birth and Pelvic Girdle Pain. I’m pleased to be a recommended practitioner with the Pelvic Partnership,
Quite normal! I totally understand when people are in pain and overwhelmed with what to do next, the thought of jumping in and booking an appointment with someone they don't know can feel daunting.
If you have questions, and would like to chat before booking I am happy to have a complimentary call. Let's work out if I am the right person to help you, and if not I'll happily make other suggestions.
