Chiropractic Care Terms and Conditions
Version 1.0, 9 September 2026
1.1 We are Nadine Chiro Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 14392706. Our registered office is at 6 Mendip Way, Corby, England, NN18 8GJ. We trade as ‘Nadine Cheli’. In these terms ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ mean Nadine Chiro Limited and ‘you’ mean the patient or, where the patient is under 18, the parent or guardian who enters into this contract.
1.2 Chiropractic care is provided by Nadine Cheli, a chiropractor registered with the General Chiropractic Council under registration number 04030. The practice of chiropractic is regulated by the General Chiropractic Council, 25 Canada Square, London E14 5LQ, www.gcc-uk.org.
1.3 You can contact us by email at nadine@nadinechiro.com
Our address for formal notices is Mrs Nadine Cheli, Summertown Clinic, 362 Banbury Road, Summertown, Oxford, OX2 7PP
1.4 Appointments take place in person at Summertown Clinic, 362 Banbury Road, Oxford OX2 7PP. We do not provide chiropractic care online.
1.5 We hold professional indemnity and medical malpractice insurance arranged through the British Chiropractic Association scheme with Hiscox. Cover applies in the United Kingdom. Further details are available on request.
1.6 We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under registration reference ZB480521.
2.1 These terms apply to the chiropractic services we provide to you. Please read them before booking. By booking an appointment you agree to these terms.
2.2 These terms apply to you as a consumer. Nothing in them affects your legal rights.
2.3 Your contract for chiropractic care is with us. Summertown Clinic provides the premises, reception and booking facilities and collects fees on our behalf, but it is we who are responsible for your care. Where you book, pay or cancel through the clinic, the clinic does so as our agent, and these terms apply to your care in each case. The clinic has its own arrangements covering the premises and its other practitioners, which are a matter between you and the clinic.
2.4 We may change these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on our website at the date of your booking, and we may also tell you about a change by email. If we make a change that materially affects you before your appointment, we will tell you and you may cancel and receive a full refund of anything you have paid for services not yet provided.
3.1 We offer:
• a free initial enquiry by telephone or email;
• an initial consultation lasting approximately one hour, including case history, examination, discussion and, where appropriate and with your consent, treatment;
• follow-up treatments of approximately 30 or 45 minutes.
3.2 Care may include, but is not limited to, soft tissue therapies, massage, stretching, joint mobilisation and manipulation, and exercise and lifestyle advice. Everything we propose will be discussed with you and carried out only with your consent.
3.3 We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We cannot and do not guarantee any particular clinical outcome, because response to care varies from person to person.
4.1 Chiropractic care is appropriate for neuro-musculoskeletal problems, including pain, altered sensation, weakness and related complaints, whether or not they have already been diagnosed.
4.2 Our care does not replace advice or treatment from your GP or another healthcare professional, and we do not provide emergency care.
4.3 We may decline to accept you as a patient, or stop providing care, and refer you to your GP or another practitioner, if we consider that your condition requires investigation or management outside our scope of practice or competence, or that continuing care is not in your interests.
4.4 We may also decline to provide or continue care if you behave abusively or inappropriately towards us or towards clinic staff or other patients, or if you repeatedly miss appointments.
5.1 We will explain the proposed examination and treatment, its likely benefits, the material risks, your prognosis and the reasonable alternatives, including any other treatment options that may be appropriate for you, and we will answer your questions before proceeding.
5.2 Your consent is ongoing and specific to each appointment. It may be given in writing, verbally, or by your conduct, for example by following a request to lie on the treatment couch. You may withdraw your consent, or ask us to stop, at any time and without giving a reason. We record the consent you give in your clinical notes.
5.3 Where the clinic asks you to complete its own written consent form, that form sits alongside these terms and does not replace the discussion described in clause 5.1.
6.1 You must give us full and accurate information about your health, your symptoms, your medical history, any medication or supplements you take, and anything else that may be relevant to your care.
6.2 You must tell us promptly if your health, symptoms or medication change during the period we are providing care.
6.3 If a healthcare professional has confirmed to you that you may receive care despite a health condition, please tell us so, and we will record it.
6.4 We rely on the information you give us. We are not responsible for harm caused by information you do not give us or which is inaccurate, except to the extent that harm results from our own failure to take reasonable care.
7.1 We accept patients under the age of 18 only where a parent or guardian:
• enters into this contract and is responsible for payment;
• gives prior consent to the care; and
• either attends the appointment, or gives prior written consent not to attend.
7.2 This requirement reflects the conditions of our insurance and we cannot waive it.
8.1 Appointments may be booked through Summertown Clinic’s online booking system, by telephone on 01865 558561, or by email to nadine@nadinechiro.com or reception@summertownclinic.co.uk.
8.2 If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
8.3 Where you give less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend, we may charge a fee of £30. This is a contribution towards the cost of the appointment time reserved for you, which we are unable to offer to another patient at short notice. It is not a penalty.
8.4 We will not charge that fee where you cancel because you are unwell, or because your child is unwell, and we may waive it in any other case at our discretion.
8.5 Clause 8.3 does not apply where you cancel within the period described in clause 10 and clause 10 says that no charge applies. If you simply do not attend, and have not told us that you are cancelling, you have not exercised the right in clause 10, and the fee in clause 8.3 applies.
8.6 If we have to cancel or move an appointment, we will give you as much notice as we can and offer you the earliest alternative that suits us both. If you do not want an alternative, we will refund anything you have paid for that appointment.
9.1 Our fees are set out in our current price list, which is available on request and which we will tell you about before you book. At the date of these terms our fees are £88 for an initial consultation of one hour, £77 for a 45-minute appointment and £65 for a 30-minute appointment.
9.2 We may change our fees from time to time. The fee that applies to your appointment is the fee we tell you about before you book it.
9.3 Payment is due no later than the day of your appointment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you in advance.
9.4 Payment may be made by card, or by the payment link we send you.
9.5 If you do not pay on time we may charge interest on the overdue amount at 4% a year above the Bank of England base rate, running from the date payment was due until the date payment is made. We will not charge interest on any amount you are disputing in good faith while we are dealing with your dispute.
9.6 You are responsible for paying our fees. If you intend to claim on a health insurance policy, it is for you to check your cover, and anything your insurer does not pay remains payable by you.
10.1 If you book your appointment at a distance, that is by telephone, email or online rather than in person at the clinic, you have a legal right to cancel the contract within 14 days of making the booking, without giving a reason. This is your right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
10.2 To cancel, please tell us clearly that you wish to cancel, by email to nadine@nadinechiro.com, by email to the clinic at reception@summertownclinic.co.uk, or by telephone. You may use the form at the end of these terms, but you do not have to.
10.3 If you want your appointment to take place during the 14-day period, you must ask us expressly to begin providing our services within that period. Booking an appointment that falls within the 14 days is treated as such a request.
10.4 If you then cancel within the 14 days:
• where no appointment has taken place, we will refund everything you have paid, within 14 days;
• where an appointment has already taken place at your request, you must pay for what we have provided, and we will refund the balance.
10.5 Where you cancel under this clause 10, the fee in clause 8.3 does not apply.
10.6 If you book in person at the clinic, the right in clause 10.1 does not apply, and our cancellation policy in clause 8 applies instead.
11.1 You are welcome to email us with questions or updates between appointments. Where we can answer by email we will. Where we cannot, we will arrange a telephone call or deal with the point at your next appointment.
11.2 We monitor email between 9.30am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, and we aim to reply within 48 hours during those times. We may reply outside those times, but we do not guarantee it.
11.3 Email support is not a substitute for an appointment, and it is not for urgent or emergency matters. If you need urgent help, contact your GP, call NHS 111, or in an emergency call 999.
12.1 We keep clinical records of your care. We are required to keep them for at least eight years after your last appointment, and where you were under 18 when you were first seen, until your 25th birthday.
12.2 How we collect and use your personal information, including your health information, is set out in our privacy policy at www.nadinechiro.com
12.3 Your clinical records are created and held on the clinic’s records system while we practise at Summertown Clinic. We remain responsible for those records and for keeping them for the periods in clause 12.1.
13.1 We will not take or use any photograph or video of you, and will not use anything you say about us as a testimonial, without your prior consent.
13.2 Where you give consent, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us. We will then stop using the material as soon as we reasonably can, although we may not be able to recover material already shared by others.
14.1 Please tell us first. Contact us at nadine@nadinechiro.com and we will acknowledge your complaint within five working days and aim to respond fully within 20 working days.
14.2 If your complaint concerns chiropractic care and you remain unhappy, you may complain to the General Chiropractic Council at www.gcc-uk.org. Where your appointment took place at Summertown Clinic, you may also raise it with the clinic.
15.1 We do not exclude or limit our liability to you in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for breach of your legal rights in relation to services supplied, including the right to services provided with reasonable care and skill.
15.2 We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
15.3 We are not liable for business losses. We provide our services to you for your personal use. If you use them for any commercial or business purpose, we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
16.1 We are not responsible for delays or failures in performing our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event occurs we will contact you as soon as possible, and where the delay is substantial you may cancel and receive a refund for services not provided.
17.1 We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. We will tell you if we do, and we will make sure the transfer does not affect your rights.
17.2 You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms to anyone else without our written consent.
17.3 This contract is between you and us. No other person has any right to enforce any of its terms.
17.4 Each of these paragraphs operates separately. If a court decides that any of them is unlawful, the remaining paragraphs remain in full force and effect.
17.5 If we do not insist that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that does not mean that you do not have to do those things, and it does not prevent us taking steps against you later.
17.6 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own country.
Complete and return this form only if you wish to cancel a contract you entered into at a distance. You do not have to use this form.

Movement Coaching Terms. and Conditions
In these terms ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ mean Nadine Chiro Limited, and ‘you’ means the client or, where the client is aged 16 or 17, the parent or guardian who enters into this contract.
1.2 Movement coaching is provided by Nadine Cheli, a certified movement coach.
1.3 You can contact us by email at nadine@nadinechiro.com . Our address for formal notices is Mrs Nadine Cheli, Summertown Clinic, 362 Banbury Road, Summertown, Oxford, OX2 7PP
1.4 We hold professional, public and products liability insurance arranged through Balens with Zurich. Cover applies worldwide excluding the United States of America and Canada. Further details are available on request.
1.5 We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under registration reference ZB480521.
2.1 These terms apply to our movement coaching services, which are:
• one-to-one movement coaching in person;
• one-to-one movement coaching online;
• The Resilient Movement Method, our six-week online group programme;
• one-off or bespoke workshops, classes and programmes, in person or online;
• WhatsApp support, where you buy it; and
• free resources, classes, webinars, masterclasses and workshops that we make available.
2.2 These terms apply to you as a consumer. Nothing in them affects your legal rights. Where you book on behalf of a business, please contact us, as different terms apply.
2.3 By booking, or by confirming your agreement when you complete our booking form, you agree to these terms.
2.4 We may change these terms. The version in force is the one published on our website at the date of your booking. If we make a change that materially affects a service you have already paid for, we will tell you and you may cancel and receive a refund for anything not yet provided.
3.1 Nadine Cheli is both a registered chiropractor and a movement coach. These are two separate services, provided under separate qualifications and separate insurance. It is important that you know which one you are receiving.
3.2 Movement coaching is education and coaching in movement, including mobility, flexibility, balance, stability and strength. It is appropriate where you wish to improve your movement, function, capacity or strength, for example after prolonged sitting. It can also be appropriate alongside other care where you have a condition that has already been diagnosed, in which case we coach your movement, we do not treat the condition, and you should continue to follow the advice of whoever is treating you.
3.3 Movement coaching does not include the assessment, diagnosis or treatment of pain, injury, illness or any medical condition. It is not chiropractic care, physiotherapy, medical treatment or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for any of them.
3.4 If you have pain, symptoms or an injury that has not been assessed by a healthcare professional, we will not coach you in relation to it. We will tell you so, and we will suggest that you see your GP, or that you book a chiropractic appointment or see another appropriate practitioner. This applies whether or not you also receive chiropractic care from us.
3.5 If you also receive chiropractic care from us, that care is provided under our separate terms and conditions for chiropractic care. Where an appointment is a chiropractic appointment, the chiropractic terms apply to the whole of it, including any exercise or movement advice given during it. Where an appointment is booked as movement coaching, these terms apply and the appointment will not include assessment, diagnosis or treatment. We will confirm with you before we begin which service you are booking.
4.1 Our services are available to individuals resident in the United Kingdom. We may also accept clients resident elsewhere for our online services, at our discretion.
4.2 We cannot provide services to anyone resident in the United States of America or Canada, because our insurance does not cover those territories.
4.3 These terms are written for the law of England and Wales. If you live outside the United Kingdom, the law of the country you live in may give you additional consumer rights, which these terms do not affect.
4.4 We do not work with anyone under the age of 16. Where you are 16 or 17, a parent or guardian must enter into this contract, must give consent, and we must record that consent before you take part. This reflects the conditions of our insurance and we cannot waive it.
4.5 You must complete our health and participation questionnaire before you take part in any coaching, and we must have reviewed it. We may decline to work with you, or ask you to obtain advice from a healthcare professional first, if your answers indicate that participation may not be safe or suitable.
5.1 You must:
• complete the health and participation questionnaire fully and honestly;
• tell us promptly if your health, symptoms, medication or circumstances change;
• work within your own limits and stop any movement that causes pain, discomfort or concern, and tell us;
• follow the instructions and safety guidance we give;
• make sure that, for online sessions, you have enough clear space, a safe surface and no obstructions or hazards around you; and
• wear clothing you can move in comfortably and safely.
5.2 You are responsible for deciding whether to take part in any movement or exercise we suggest, and for stopping if it does not feel right for you. If you are unsure whether an activity is suitable for you, do not do it, and ask us or a healthcare professional first.
5.3 We rely on the information you give us. We are not responsible for harm caused by information you do not give us or which is inaccurate, except to the extent that harm results from our own failure to take reasonable care.
6.1 A one-to-one session reviews your current goals, assesses your current movement, provides movement coaching, and identifies key movements and routines for you to practise afterwards. Sessions are available in 30, 45 and 60-minute lengths and take place at Summertown Clinic, 362 Banbury Road, Oxford OX2 7PP. At the date of these terms the fees are £65 for a 45 minute consultation
6.2 We send you our health and participation questionnaire before your first session. You must complete and return it before the session.
6.3 Online one-to-one sessions cover the same ground as in-person sessions, by video using Zoom, without any hands-on element.
6.4 Online one-to-one sessions are recorded, and we make the recording available to you after the session so that you can review it. Clause 12 explains how we handle recordings.
6.5 The Resilient Movement Method is a six-week online group programme. It includes:
• a movement self-assessment;
• goal setting;
• a weekly live group movement coaching session covering the three pillars of the method, Supple, Stable and Strong;
• three movement routines for you to keep and reuse; and
• any bonus content we include, which may involve guest contributors on subjects such as nutrition, stress management or sleep.
6.6 The programme is group education. It does not include individual assessment, individual diagnosis or a programme tailored to your particular medical history, condition, injury or symptoms. You are responsible for adapting what you do to your own limits, and for stopping anything that does not feel right.
6.7 Live sessions are recorded and made available to you. If you cannot attend a session live, you can watch the recording.
6.8 Bonus content, including guest contributors, is offered as an extra. We may change or replace it, and if a particular contributor is not available we may substitute another or omit that element, without reducing the fee, provided the programme as a whole is substantially as described.
6.9 We deliver the programme, and host its content, through our online platform.
6.10 WhatsApp support may be bought as a separate monthly service at the price then current, which at the date of these terms is £97 a month.
6.11 WhatsApp support includes messages, voice notes and video messages sent by you and by us. It does not include live video calls or live voice calls.
6.12 We monitor messages between 9.30am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, and we aim to respond within 48 hours during those times. We often respond sooner, and sometimes at weekends, but we do not guarantee it.
6.13 A month of support runs from the date you pay until the same date in the following month. It does not renew automatically. If you want to continue, pay again, and the new month runs from the date of that payment.
6.14 WhatsApp support is coaching support. It is not chiropractic care, it is not medical advice, and it is not for urgent or emergency matters. If you need urgent help, contact your GP, call NHS 111, or in an emergency call 999.
6.15 We may offer free downloadable resources, quizzes, classes, webinars, masterclasses and workshops. To receive them you will need to give us your email address, and for anything with a live element, your telephone number, so that we can send you joining details and reminders.
6.16 Free resources are general educational material. They are not tailored to you, they do not take account of your circumstances, and they are not medical advice. Clause 5 applies to them.
6.17 We may withdraw or change free resources at any time.
6.18 We may offer one-off or bespoke workshops, classes and programmes, in person or online, either to the public or to a particular group. We will tell you before you book what the session covers, how long it lasts, where it takes place, what it costs and, where it is recorded, what happens to the recording. Clauses 4, 5, 12 and 17 apply to these sessions in the same way as to any other coaching, and clauses 9 and 10 apply to booking, cancellation and refunds.
7.1 Our fees are set out in our current price list, which is available on request and which we will tell you about before you book. At the date of these terms The Resilient Movement Method is £147 at its introductory rate and WhatsApp support is £97 a month. Fees for one-to-one sessions, workshops and bespoke programmes are those in the current price list, which we will tell you about before you book.
7.2 We may change our fees. The fee that applies is the fee we tell you about before you book. Fees for future runs of The Resilient Movement Method may be higher than the introductory rate.
7.3 One-to-one sessions in person are booked through Summertown Clinic’s booking system, by telephone on 01865 558561, or by email. Online sessions and the group programme are booked directly with us.
7.4 For one-to-one sessions, payment is due no later than the day of the session, unless we agree otherwise in advance.
7.5 For The Resilient Movement Method, payment is due in full at least 14 days before the programme starts. Where you book fewer than 14 days before the start date, payment is due at the time of booking.
7.6 If you do not pay on time we may charge interest on the overdue amount at 4% a year above the Bank of England base rate, running from the date payment was due until payment is made, and we may withhold access to the programme or to support until payment is received.
8.1 Where you buy The Resilient Movement Method, we give you access to the programme content, including the recordings of the live sessions, for the lifetime of the course. This means for at least 12 months from the start date of the run of the programme you joined, and for as long after that as we continue to make that run available.
8.2 The three movement routines are provided to you as a written plan that you can download. Once you have downloaded it, it is yours to keep and to use for your own personal purposes, and the period in clause 8.1 does not apply to it.
8.3 We will not change the content of a run of the programme once it has been issued. We may withdraw content before the end of the period in clause 8.1, but only where we reasonably need to, for example because we change platform, because the content is no longer accurate or safe to follow, because a contributor withdraws their consent, because a third party licence ends, or because our insurer or a regulator requires it. If we withdraw content, we will give you as much notice as we reasonably can, and we will either provide equivalent replacement content or refund a fair proportion of what you paid.
8.4 We will give you at least 30 days’ notice before we stop making a run of the programme available, so that you can download anything you want to keep, where downloading is offered.
8.5 All content we provide, including recordings, routines, resources and written material, belongs to us or to the person who licensed it to us. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
8.6 You may not copy, record, screenshot, share, publish, sell or otherwise make our content available to anyone else, and you may not use it to teach or train others, without our written consent. You may not record any live session yourself.
9.1 Because you book at a distance, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of making the booking, without giving a reason. This is your right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
9.2 To cancel, tell us clearly that you wish to cancel, by email to nadine@nadinechiro.com You may use the form at the end of these terms, but you do not have to.
9.3 Sessions and live coaching. If you want a session or a live element to take place during the 14-day period, you must ask us expressly to begin within that period. Booking something that falls within the 14 days is treated as such a request. If you then cancel within the 14 days, you must pay for what has already been provided, and we will refund the balance within 14 days.
9.4 Recordings and other digital content. If you want access to digital content, including programme recordings and routines, during the 14-day period, you must expressly consent to us providing it during that period and acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel in relation to that content once we start providing it. We will ask you to confirm both of these things when you book, and we will confirm them back to you in writing. If you do not give that consent and acknowledgement, we will not give you access to the digital content until the 14 days have passed.
9.5 Because payment for The Resilient Movement Method is due at least 14 days before the start date, in most cases your 14-day right will have ended by the time the programme begins.
9.6 Where you cancel under this clause 9, the charges in clause 10 do not apply.
This clause applies after your legal right to change your mind has ended, or where it does not apply.
10.1 One-to-one sessions.Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Where you give less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend, we may charge £30 as a contribution towards the cost of the time reserved for you. We will not charge that fee where you cancel because you are unwell or because your child is unwell, and we may waive it in any other case at our discretion.
10.2 The Resilient Movement Method, and workshops and bespoke programmes. Once your legal right to change your mind has ended, no refund is available if you decide not to take part, whether or not the programme has started. This is because we reserve your place, plan the programme around the people who have booked, and make the content available to you in full.
10.3 Where a programme is due to start fewer than 14 days after you book, your legal right to change your mind in clause 9 still applies, and clause 10.2 only takes effect once that right has ended or once you have given the consent and acknowledgement in clause 9.4.
10.4 If you cannot attend a live session, the recording is available to you, and we do not refund missed live sessions.
10.5 If you simply do not attend, and have not told us that you are cancelling, you have not exercised the right in clause 9, and the charge in clause 10.1 applies.
10.6 Nothing in this clause 10 affects your rights if we break this contract, or your legal rights in relation to services and digital content that are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as described.
11.1 We will give you as much notice as we can. Where we have to cancel at short notice it will be because of illness or an emergency.
11.2 For one-to-one sessions, we will reschedule at the earliest time that suits us both, or refund you if you prefer.
11.3 For The Resilient Movement Method, we will either add an additional week to the programme or provide a recording in place of the live session, and we will arrange an additional opportunity for questions.
12.1 Online sessions take place on Zoom. You are responsible for your own internet connection, device and software.
12.2 If there is a technical failure at your end or ours, contact us and we will try to re-establish the connection or move to another platform. If we cannot connect, we will either provide a recorded session for you or rearrange the session.
12.3 Live sessions are recorded and stored on our online platform so that participants can access them.
12.4 You choose whether you appear in a recording. You may turn off your camera and microphone at any time. If your camera is on, you may be visible and audible in the recording, which will be available to the other participants in that run of the programme for the period in clause 8.1. If you would prefer not to be recorded at all, please tell us before the session.
12.5 Recordings are provided for the personal use of participants only. Clause 8.6 applies.
12.6 There is no maximum number of participants in a group session.
12.7 Please arrive, or join, five minutes before the start time. We will wait three minutes before starting the practical part of a session. Once the practical part has begun we cannot guarantee admission, because we will be teaching, and you should catch up using the recording.
12.8 We ask everyone to behave with courtesy and respect towards us and towards other participants. We may remove you from a session, or from the programme, if you behave abusively or inappropriately towards us or towards another participant, and in serious cases we may end this contract under clause 16.
13.1 We will not use any photograph or video of you, or anything you say about us, in our marketing without your prior consent.
13.2 Where you consent, you may choose whether we identify you. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, and we will stop using the material as soon as we reasonably can, although we may not be able to recover material already shared by others.
14.1 How we collect and use your personal information, including health information, is set out in our privacy policy at www.nadinechiro.com
15.1 Please tell us first, at nadine@nadinechiro.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within five working days and aim to respond fully within 20 working days.
15.2 Movement coaching is not a regulated profession and there is no professional regulator to whom you can refer a movement coaching complaint. If we cannot resolve matters between us, you retain your legal rights, including the right to bring a claim in the courts.
16.1 You may end this contract at any time. Clauses 9 and 10 explain what you will get back.
16.2 We may end this contract, and stop providing services, where you do not pay when payment is due and you still do not pay within seven days of us reminding you, where you behave abusively or inappropriately towards us or towards other participants, where you breach clause 8.6, or where we reasonably consider that continuing is not safe or appropriate for you. If we do so, we will refund a fair proportion of anything you have paid for services not provided, unless we have ended the contract because of your serious breach.
17.1 We do not exclude or limit our liability to you in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for breach of your legal rights in relation to services and digital content.
17.2 We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
17.3 If we provide digital content and it damages a device or other digital content belonging to you, and this is caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation. We will not be liable for damage you could have avoided by following our advice, or by correctly installing a free update we offered you.
17.4 We are not liable for business losses. Our services are provided for your personal use. If you use them for any commercial or business purpose, we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
18.1 We are not responsible for delays or failures in performing our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event occurs we will contact you as soon as possible, and where the delay is substantial you may cancel and receive a refund for anything not provided.
19.1 We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. We will tell you if we do, and we will make sure the transfer does not affect your rights.
19.2 You may not transfer your rights or obligations to anyone else without our written consent.
19.3 This contract is between you and us. No other person has any right to enforce any of its terms.
19.4 Each of these paragraphs operates separately. If a court decides that any of them is unlawful, the remaining paragraphs remain in full force and effect.
19.5 If we do not insist that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that does not mean that you do not have to do those things, and it does not prevent us taking steps against you later.
19.6 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own country.
