2. Eligibility

You must be:

• Have permission from a parent/guardian

• Online courses (live & pre-recorded)
• In-person workshops
• One-to-one consultations
• Emails, downloads, and digital content

4. Nature of Our Services (Important)

All courses, classes, and digital content are:

• Educational
• Non-personalised

We do not:

• Diagnose or treat conditions in courses
• Tailor content to individuals in group settings

One-to-one consultations:

• Include personalised guidance
• Consider your health history and goals
• Still do not replace medical care where required

Supporting materials are general unless clearly stated.

5. Health & Medical Disclaimer

• Participation is at your own risk
• Consult a healthcare professional before starting courses, classes or workshops
• Stop immediately if pain/dizziness occurs

6. Assumption of Risk

You accept:

• Exercise carries risk
• You are responsible for your safety
• You must ensure a safe environment

7. Participation Without Consultation

You may attend courses without consultation, but:

• No personalised advice is provided
• You participate at your own risk

8. Delivery of Services

We may provide:

• Pre-recorded content
• Live sessions
• Recorded replays

Formats may change without altering service scope.

9. Session Recordings

• You will be informed if sessions are recorded
• Used for access/quality only
• Not shared publicly without consent

You must not record sessions yourself.

10. Payments & Access

• Payment is required upfront
• Access is personal and non-transferable

Access Duration

• If not stated: 12 months access

11. Refunds & Cancellations

Cooling-Off (14 Days)

Full refund if:

• No content accessed
• No sessions attended

Otherwise reduced/no refund.

After 14 Days

Generally non-refundable, but discretionary options may include:

• Partial refund
• Credit

Live Courses

• 7+ days: possible refund/credit
• <7 days: non-refundable

One-to-One Consultations

• 24 hours’ notice required

Late cancellations:

• Normally non-refundable

Exception (reschedule allowed):

• Illness
• Child illness
• Other reasonable circumstances (at our discretion)

Missed Sessions

Non-refundable. Recordings may be provided.

12. Changes by Us

We may reschedule, change, or cancel.
If cancelled a full refund or reschedule is offered.

13. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Work within your limits
• Maintain safe conditions
• Take responsibility for your health

14. Intellectual Property
